OPODSTATNENOSŤ A NEOPODSTATNENOSŤ REGULOVANIA MODELOV ETICKÉHO SPRÁVANIA V RÔZNYCH PODMIENKACH A SITUÁCIÁCH
Abstract. Our contribution focuses on the context of the introduction of different types of ethical codes in terms of their benefits, as well as potential losses. We think about the benefits and possible negative consequences of introducing a code of ethics. We distinguish between different types of ethical codes both in terms of the impact of the code and in terms of its scope. While in the first part of the text we present possible reasons for the introduction of different ethical codes, in the second part we try to make arguments for situations where a code of ethics may be harmful. We will point out the incorrect way to implement the code, as well as other possible negative connections.
